Having just set an unbelievable NHL record, it may be that the Bruins can even add another record to their already more than impressive season if they can win their last two games of the 2022-23 NHL regular season. Boston Bruins set NHL win record

Boston Bruins set NHL win record

On Sunday night, the Boston Bruins’ historic season truly became something special when they won 5-3 against the Philadelphia Flyers. It was the team’s 63rd win and with a new NHL record was set. Indeed, the win record surpassed the previous one of 62 which was set by the Detroit Red Wings back in the 1995-96 season, a record that was actually matched by the 2018-19 Tampa Bay Lightning. Yet, believe it or not the Bruins could even reach another benchmark if they manage to win their remaining two games of the season. Currently sitting on 131 points, the team is just one point shy of 132, a record set by the Montreal Canadiens during the 1976-77 season.
